1. Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
- Prices: All prices are in USD/NPR and are subject to change based on fuel costs and government regulations.
2. Cancellation Policy
By Customer:
- More than 7 days before flight: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 3-7 days before flight: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before flight: No refund
By Company:
- If we cancel for any reason (weather, technical issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund or can reschedule at no extra cost.
3. Weather and Flight Changes
- Flights depend on weather conditions and may be delayed or cancelled for safety reasons.
- Weather decisions are made by our pilots and are final.
- No refunds for delays, but we will reschedule your flight free of charge.
4. Passenger Requirements
- Passengers must be physically fit to fly at high altitude.
- Maximum weight per passenger: 120 kg (265 lbs)
- Children under 2 years old are not permitted.
- Pregnant women must provide medical clearance.
- Passengers with heart conditions, respiratory issues, or recent surgeries must consult a doctor before booking.
5. What to Bring
- Valid photo ID or passport
- Warm clothing and sunglasses
- Camera (optional)
- Do NOT bring large luggage - only small bags allowed
6. Safety and Conduct
- Follow all instructions from pilots and crew.
- Seat belt must be worn at all times during flight.
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs before or during the flight.
- Passengers who appear intoxicated will not be allowed to fly (no refund).
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving dangerously or inappropriately.
7. Liability and Insurance
- We carry full insurance for all flights.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control.
- We strongly recommend passengers purchase travel insurance.
- By booking, you accept that helicopter flights involve inherent risks.
8. Photography and Filming
- Personal photography is allowed and encouraged.
- We may take photos/videos for promotional purposes. Let us know if you don't want to be featured.
9. Age Requirements
- Minimum age: 2 years old
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Passengers under 18 must have parental consent
10. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on our website.
- Your booking is subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.
